Association of Commercial Directors:
The Memorandum on Commercial Directors and Productions Fair Pitch Conditions is an initiative to improve the conditions for advertising tenders. It was initiated by the APA and commercial directors and is based on years of experience in the agency and client environment. The Memorandum was signed by more than sixty renowned Czech directors and all major advertising production companies. The content of the memorandum expresses the consensus opinion of the directors who, with the support of the producers, aim to cultivate the advertising environment, set fair and transparent principles that reflect respect for the work done, improve the quality of pitches and improve the entire tendering process on both sides.
